Now chocolate eater can be slimmer

A recent research shows that people who eat chocolate regularly have a relatively thinner body.

The information got from a study of nearly 1,000 US people that looked at diet, calorie intake and body mass index (BMI) – a measure of obesity. Their ratio of calories were analysed, their height and weight reviewed
by their diet. This new research has revealed that these people who eat
chocolate several times a week than those who rarely eat chocolate are thinner.

Though scientists say that chocolate is rich in calories but it also has such elements that lead to weight loss instead of obesity.

Despite boosting calorie intake, regular chocolate consumption was related to lower BMI in the study, which is published in
Archives of Internal Medicine.

It is also found that the relationship between chocolate and weight lose depend on how often that someone is eating chocolate rather eating amount.
In this study Research investigators agreed that there is only one chance in a hundred that their findings could be explained by chance alone. This is not the first time scientists have said that chocolate could be beneficial for our health. Other studies have claimed chocolate may be good for the heart.

Even it is said that particular type of chocolate is useful for blood pressure and insulin sensitivity.

And chocolate, particularly dark chocolate, does contain antioxidants which can help to clean up harmful free radicals – unstable chemicals that can damage our cells.
