A recent research shows that people who eat chocolate regularly have a relatively thinner body.
The information got from a study of nearly 1,000 US people that looked at diet, calorie intake and body mass index (BMI) – a measure of obesity. Their ratio of calories were analysed, their height and weight reviewed by their diet. This new research has revealed that these people who eat chocolate several times a week than those who rarely eat chocolate are thinner.
